You are entitled to a 100% refund on all payments and fees, if

• We do not remove/repair at least one of the items worked on.
• You have had six months from the time you retained our services.
• You have at least four negatives on the credit report at the time of sign-up.
• You have not used another credit repair company or attempted to repair your own credit during, two years before, and two months after our company sending out disputes on your behalf.
• You have sent us all updated credit reports and letters received in the mail from the three credit bureaus and creditors within five days of receipt.
• You should receive updated credit reports from the credit bureaus every 30-45 days and you have informed us if updated reports have not been received.
